Designed for pediatricians, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, emergency physicians, and other healthcare providers who care for infants and children, the PALS course teaches participants:
Prior to attending the class, go to www.heart.org/heartcode to complete the HeartCode PALS Part 1. You must finish HeartCode to complete the HeartCode PALS Part 1. You must finish HeartCode Part 1 within 30 days of your original start date. The skills course must be completed within 60 calendar days of finishing Part 1. Then come to Lakeview to practice and test your skills with an AHA PALS Instructor.
